This guy’s name is Matthew Silver. I’ve seen him around in several parks. After watching him for a total of about thirty minutes, I’d developed the opinion that he was completely insane. Not “insane” as in, “Matthew is so insane, he will do anything to make people laugh.” “Insane” as in “Matthew is so insane, he probably belongs in an insane asylum.”
